Program Coordinator Consultant
The Vermont Gay Tourism Association, a statewide
membership organization of businesses that promote
Vermont to the Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender
(LGBT) travel, wedding and convention market, is
seeking a part-time Program Coordinator on a
consulting basis.
Duties include
assisting with recruiting members, updating social
media communications, recruiting vendors for a food
and travel expo, compiling a monthly membership
newsletter, sending press releases, planning exhibit
shows, and attending periodic board meetings.
Flexible hours are estimated at 10-20 hours per
week. Must be available at least through 9/30/12.
Qualifications: Strong organizational skills,
writing skills, and phone skills required.
Experience with Microsoft Office, member services
and event planning preferable. Ideal candidate is
self-motivated and pays close attention to detail.
